Refund policy

We want you and your fur baby to love The Duty Mitt! If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return Window: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

• Returns: Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs when returning items. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned items and assess their condition. Any used or opened mitts will be deducted on a prorated basis from your refund.

• Processing: Once your return is processed, you will be notified of the refund amount, which will reflect the prorated deduction for any used items.
