Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship: We ship within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery: Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days after shipping, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed.

Lost or missing package: If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email steph@thedutymitt.com and we'll help.

Damaged in transit: Email a photo and your order number to steph@thedutymitt.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund.
