The Duty Mitt is a pre-saturated, single-use tick + flea repellent mitt soaked in a plant-based formula made specifically for cats. Slip it on like a glove and work it gently over your cat's entire coat. Because our mitts are a single-use hygiene product and are not individually wrapped, we can only accept returns of unopened boxes in their original condition. Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.

If your box arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days at steph@thedutymitt.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

To start a return, email steph@thedutymitt.com. You're responsible for return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
