The Duty Mitt is a pre-saturated, single-use tick + flea repellent mitt soaked in a plant-based formula. Slip it on like a glove and work it generously over your dog's entire coat before they head outside. Cover everything, then work it well into the legs and between the toes, the belly and underarms, around the ears and neck, and the base of the tail, the warm, thin-furred spots ticks and fleas head straight for. Because our mitts are a single-use hygiene product and are not individually wrapped, we can only accept returns of unopened boxes in their original condition. Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.

If your box arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days at steph@thedutymitt.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

To start a return, email steph@thedutymitt.com. You're responsible for return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
