Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Because our mitts are a hygiene product, we can't accept opened boxes or used mitts.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email a photo and your order number to steph@thedutymitt.com within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
